Alongside our Network Search e.g. database/contingency recruitment, we can run our Advertised Selection service better enabling you to identify the ideal candidate.

Many of our clients are required to advertise positions in the national and/or trade media and we can arrange this for you. An advertising campaign may also be appropriate where a role is particularly broad and you need to attract candidates with a specific skill set. We will assist in writing advertisement copy, negotiating a prime spot in the relevant publication(s) and in responding to all applicants.  As with Executive Search, we will interview a long list of suitable candidates and present you with a shortlist of those that not only fulfil the brief but also fit the culture of the organisation.
