Account Manager - Planning

Due to recent new business expansion a Public Affairs and Communications agency are looking to expand their burgeoning business.

Taking responsibility for all public affairs in the planning capacity, and working on well known client accounts, this role offers the chance to join an exciting and ambitious team.

On a day-to-day basis you will be working with clients to understand their business needs, so you can create campaigns that help enhance their business goals. You will deliver these goals through exceptional communications and actions that produce results. Knowledge of planning would be vital, as ensuring a smooth process will be central to this role.

Our client is looking for the following skills:

•    Client & Account Management Skills, the ability to manage important accounts.
•    Experience of planning and property development
•    A strong understanding of Public Affairs, from a planning and local perspective

In addition our clients would have interest in anyone who:

•    Is a current councillor, or has been a councillor.
•    Anyone who has been a special advisor or has worked with a shadow cabinet team.
•    Experience of working in local government.
